Our Services at Angeles Care Homes
Our whole staff, both the admin team and caregivers, are dedicated to delivering personalized quality care services. We know that each of our residents have varying levels of care needed, and so we treat our residents individually. We are focused and committed to providing the best residential care service possible.
Meal Prep and Service
Three healthy and nutritious meals daily, with snacks in between
Meal Preparation and one on one assistance as needed
Meal planning for any special dietary needs
Housekeeping and Laundry Service
Daily upkeep and housekeeping
Regular laundry service
Linens, sheets, pillows, mattress, and blankets included
Basic Furniture, Appliances, and Supplies Included
Bedroom furniture (bed, side table, chair, dresser, or closet)
Appliances like TV and music players in living and social areas
Basic hygiene supplies like toiletries, soap, shampoo, etc
Personal Care
Supervision and/or Assistance is provided with all aspects of ADLs
Independence is promoted whenever applicable, to preserve self-worth and dignity
Assistance with medical appointments, social visits, shopping, etc
Allied Health Professionals
- Partnered with a medical practitioner to provide easily accessible medical attention
- Partnered with a local pharmacy to provide stress-free acquisition of medications
- Partnered with a podiatry service to ensure expert and proper foot and nail care
- Partnered with a mobile dental hygienist to maintain and oversee good oral care
Medication Management
- Safe Medication Preparation and Dispensing as per PCP orders
- Safe Medication Administration as per RN Delegator Instructions
- Prescription Orders/Refills, and Medication Administration Record Maintenance
Skilled Nursing Care
- Trained and delegated staff can perform basic and simple nursing procedures if needed
- US Registered Nurses for any advanced nursing/medical procedures that may arise
- Competence on responding to any emergency situations
- Comprehensive Negotiated Care Plan to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.
Personal/Social Activities
- Group or social activities depending on resident’s own preferences
- Contracted by DSHS to provide “Meaningful Day Activities” for eligible residents
- Assistance with organizing own personal activities or room set-up
